Product Description 
YEJ series motor is full closed, self fan cooling,squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor with a electromagnetic brake, Y series motor end cover between the fan and attach a dc electromagnetic brake disc, is derived series of Y series.It is Widely used on mechanical equipment and driving machines where rapidly and accurate braking is demanded.
Features: Spring set brake. Power off operation manual release. Resets automatically. One-half period rectification.

Braking method: loss of power Braking rectification method: half-wave rectifier

Applicable to: all kinds of machine tools, printing machinery, forging machine, transport machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, construction machinery, woodworking machinery and other requirements to quickly stop, accurate positioning, reciprocating operation, to prevent the sliding of various machinery for spindle drive and auxiliary transmission.

The MSEJ motor is a state-of-the-art three-phase asynchronous brake motor, boasting an aluminum shell body for durability and lightweight performance. Equipped with AC braking, it ensures easy maintenance and can withstand the harshest environments. With high efficiency and energy-saving features, this motor is designed to significantly boost productivity. This innovative motor not only preserves the excellent speed regulation performance of traditional DC motors but also eliminates sliding contact and commutation sparks. Its high reliability, extended service life, and low noise make it an outstanding choice for modern applications.
Note: We offer the flexibility to produce customized motors tailored to meet customers' unique specifications and special requirements.

Field Conditions:
MSEJ series motors are versatile and ideal for most applications and environments. They operate efficiently within standard working conditions of -20ºC to +40ºC, and can perform at altitudes up to 1000m.

Temperature Rise and Insulation:
Designed with class F insulation (155ºC) and assessed according to class B insulation (80K), this motor guarantees exceptional service life and reliability.

Cooling and Ventilation:
The standard cooling method is totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC). Each standard motor is equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan and complies with the IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal performance.

Protection Grade:
With a protection grade of IP55, this motor is perfect for use in dusty or humid environments. Higher protection levels are also available upon customer request.

Motor Protection:
For added safety, PTC, PT100, and various winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed as required.

Vibration:
The vibration speed grade of MSEJ series motors meets Grade A at no load, with Class B motors available upon special request.

Voltage and Frequency:
The standard motor operates at 380V/50Hz. It can be designed to accommodate any voltage within the 200-660V range at 50Hz, maintaining excellent performance even with a power supply voltage deviation of up to 5% from the rated voltage.
