Electric Character:

EXCITATION SYSTEM:
AVR: SX440, SX460, MX321, MX341
The main stator supplies power to the exciter stator via the AVR. The exciter rotor output is provided to the main rotor by a three-phase full wave bridge rectifier. This rectifier is protected by a surge suppressor against surges ecused by short circuit or lost Synchronization.  Voltage regulation of SX440 AVR with three phase induction detecting module< ±0.5 %.MX321 and MX341 suitable for the generator with permanent magnetic generator (PMG).

Electric Features

Insulation And Varnish:
The insulation system is class H.
All wound components are impregnated with materials and processes designed specifically ensure the generator running in dreadful conditions. The special developed resin materials meet rotating components.

Windings and Electrical Performance:
All generator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch, This eliminates triple(3rd,9th,15th…)harmonics on the voltage waveform and is an optimum designed for UPS equipment of non linear loads. The 2/3 pitch design avoids excessive neutral currents result from higher winding pitches. A fully consecutive damper winding reduces oscillations during paralleling. The 2/3 pitch windings and carefully pole and tooth ensures very low waveform distortion.

Terminals And Terminal Box:
Standard generators are 3-phase,and you can reconnect 12 ends of the terminals, which are mounted on a terminal block at the non-drive end of the generator. A sheet steel terminal box within AVR is provided with enough place for the customers'wiring. It has removable panels for easy access.

Mechanic Features:

SHAFT AND KEY
All generator rotors are dynamically balanced to better than minimum vibration of BS6861: part1 grade 2.5 double bearings generators are banlanced with a half key.

ENGINE ADAPTOR AND COUPLING

All generators are designed two kinds of construction. The adaptor and the drive plate is consonant with SAE standard.

LEVELS Of PROTECTION

All generators are IP2 and IP23 and IP44 can be optional for aircool protected generator. but rated power will decrease 5~10%.

Different temperature offers different standby power, the define of standby power is  related to the standard of ISO8528-3.

All the rotors are 4 poles, as to other pole generator, please contact the manufacturer.
